18/11/11: IMG Sports Media for BBC Sports: Shoot Snooker forum at Penkat Studio
Legends of Snooker Steve Davis, Stephen Hendry, Mark Selby and Neil Robertson had a snooker forum filmed at Penkat Studio by IMG Sports Media for BBC Sports airing between 3-11 December on UK Snooker Championship. Penkat Studio provided Studio hire, Camera crew, jib, jib operator, lighting for the production.

10/10/11: Lady Leshurr - Lego
Birmingham born Lady Leshurr is a female MC/singer and producer, poised and ready to take the world by storm. She has developed her own unique style, having been making music since the age of six. Her uniquely sounding flow has an instantly likeable appeal, complimented by a melodic singing voice and harmonies that just pour off her tongue. Her commercial style is backed up and accompanied by fast-paced and, at times, fierce lyrics; Leshurr can literally spit on anything. Leshurr now has the support of the UK's premiere hip hop DJs, Tim Westwood, Mista Jam, Target and Cameo; and she is beginning to grab the attention of both Radio One and Galaxy Networks. One Day Shoot: BBC Wales shoot green screen sequence for TV show Code-Breakers: Bletchley Park's Lost Heroes. 19/07/11: K-Classic - We Can Make Love
K-Classic is an Independant Artist heavily influenced by 90's era American Hip-hop, R&B and Soul as well as all the classics. His passion for music has always been present and it is this love that he puts into his music. His rap style has been likened to Common, Mos Def and other Conscious Rappers but can adapt his fiery flow to fit any specific song. We Can Make Love was shot, edited and directed by Penkat Studio.

15/07/11: Bluestone v Adi ft Skibadee - Bass Addict
Bearing the mantle of ‘the most innovative personality in Drum & Bass’, MC Skibadee has never been one to rest on his laurels; constantly pushing creative boundaries, his high-energy technique has safeguarded his dominance of the MC scene for over ten years, continually surging from strength to strength due to a consistent desire to incorporate fresh ideas in his work. His work on the mic began in 1994, once again indebted to the mighty Kool FM for early exposure thanks to a show co-hosted with DJ Wildchild. A novel presence on the airwaves, unprecedented phone-line response materialised for his shows and paved the way for ascendancy to the club arena, soon featuring regularly at events including Thunder & Joy, Spirit Of The Jungle and eventually City Sound Radio. By the end of 1995 he could list residencies for Kool FM, Fever, Thunder & Joy, Malachite, Electrybe, NJC, designer label Ball and Innersense amongst his repertoire. Penkat Studio advised client on increasing shoot from a 4hrs to achieve all the shots required to what ended up being a 12hr shoot. 15/07/11: Twin Thing - Its Twin Thing
Twin Thing have a myriad of musical influences that they incorporate into their unique sound including Michael Jackson, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and the African Jazz Maestro Hugh Masekela. They have always taken such pride in their work and as such, they insist on being involved in every aspect of their music and performances. The identical twins from Somerset have been creating a massive hype with their infectious and catchy pop RNB style. Writing and producing all their own tracks Its Twin Thing was shot, edited and directed by Penkat Studio and is the first official music video from Twin Thing.

We will be hosting a free networking evening on the 21st of July 2011 at 7.30pm for Filmmakers, Directors, Producers, and Talent etc. in conjunction with the Milton Keynes Film Network.
CJ Lines from Lionsgate Films, www.lionsgatefilms.co.uk, will be giving a brief introduction to film and TV distribution by way of a Q&A session.
